I’ve been very quiet lately, no new beads or jewellery!  But I do have a good reason!!  I’ve been organising the ‘home office’.  My desk and the home accounts are all in the front lounge room, and to be honest, it was very embarrassing when anyone came over, as the mess was the first thing they’d see.

So after a trip to Ikea and less money in my purse, the area is now organised and most of the bits and pieces are hidden away.  So what did I get?  I got a great cabinet that has two shelves with doors that slide up and into the cabinet out of the way, with a double file drawer at the base, a three drawer filing cabinet, and a small desk (the one I got was smaller than the one linked to).

I also grabbed a cork board, which I’ve popped onto the side of the larger cabinet, so I can keep notes, etc off my desk.  I still have some things to organise and put away, but so far it’s really working well.
